Prologue To World War 2

     World war 2 started on 1 September 1939, when Hitler invaded Poland. Poland wasn't Hitler first demand. Before he invade Poland he had first annexed both Austria and Czechoslovakia. It first started when Hitler attempt to rebuild the German army. It was an secret act, yet even before he reign he had write in the Mein Kampf that he will abolish the treaty. On 1935 Hitler openly abolish the treaty. He make an agreement with the British that the German Navy force may expanded  up to 35% of the British Navy.

U-Boat Type IA, one of the earliest U-Boat. The Versailles Treaty prohibit the German Navy the possession of submarine. Germany however had been secretly developing submarines by producing it for other country navy.

   After the rearmament act Hitler claim back the demilitarized zone of Rhineland(1936). Then he annex Austria into Germany. His last tolerated action was the annexation of Czechoslovakia. At first he claimed the Sudetenland, a Czechoslovakia territory it was a region with a major population of German descendants during 1938.

   During the Munich Conference, the British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain agree that Hitler may annexed Sudetenland. The reason the British did this is to prevent Hitler from waging war. In return, Hitler promised not to make any further territorial demand in Europe.

     The act of annexing Czechoslovakia territory is however, was done not only by Germany. Both Poland and Hungary also annexed a part of the Czech territory. On 14 March 1939 Slovakia separate itself from the Czech in 14 March 1939 forming the Slovak Republic, a client state of Nazi Germany. The next day the German Army invade the rest of Czechoslovakia.
    Its president meet Hitler and get a heart attack after told that if the Czech army does not surrendered they will bomb Prague. As a result the Czech president  Emil Hácha decided to accept Germany occupation of the rest of Czechoslovakia. That same day the Czech region of Carpathian Ruthenia declared independence and was immediately annexed by Hungary.

  Czechoslovakia was however the last time the Western Allies accept Hitler demand. A few months after that Hitler invasion of Poland will trigger the most devastating conflict in the twentieth century.

 Hello readers! Today I'd like to make an entry to my history post. As I like war history as a hobby  like I am very excited to start posting my knowledge of world war 2. 

      So, what do you people have in minds when thinking about world war 2? Most of you will probably said Hitler and his NSDAP, the Holocaust, Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Pearl Harbor, and etc. Of course world war 2 isn't just that. I personally very interested in world war 2.
 I hope my post will be helpful and useful.

9/11 Poster

9/11 Poster

      Okay, so my teacher had ask the class to do another project. Since today (the day this post is published) is the anniversary of the 9/11 attack. The teacher had ask the class in advance before today to make a poster about the 9/11 attack. So I decided to make a poster in which the Pentagon building become the o of the 9. While the Twin WTC towers become the 11. Then, I add three planes. Which is the number of planes that strikes the buildings. All of the buildings is 3 dimensional. The plane, however is 2 dimensional.The simple reason for this is simply because it is hard and impractical to make 3 dimensional plane.

        So, how do I make this poster? At first I tried to seek inspiration from the internet. It was a failure. So, then I see my friend's' ideas and get a good inspiration on making the poster. Of course this doesn't mean that my poster is the same with my friend's. It was different with my friends' since it was simply an inspiration. Although it did have similarities with my friends', I simply use it as a basis in which I expand the idea.

        Okay, enough of that. Now I'd like to tell you how I make this poster. I'd start with the "11". The "11" was basically a vertical rectangle. I then give it lines to make it 3 dimensional and have windows resembling the shape of the  WTC Tower. After that I simply copy it to make it into a twin. The"9" is however more complicated. The idea was that it was the Pentagon that had additional shape that make it into a "9".  Just like the "11" I add a lot of lines to make it 3 dimensional.The plane is just some rectangle that was edited into the shape of a plane. Finally, I give colors to the objects. Okay, I guess that is all I had to tell about making the poster. I guess the rest is known to the readers. I hope anyone reading this found this material useful.

Gapura Kemerdekaan

     Berhubung dengan peringatan kemerdekaan Indonesia 17 Agustus kemarin, maka saya diberikan tugas oleh guru ekstrakulikuler untuk membuat sebuah gambar. Yaitu gambar sebuah gapura. Gapura tersebut merupakan gapura dalam rangka memeringati ulang tahun kemerdekaan Indonesia. Oleh karena kelas ekstrakulikuler kami saat ini sedang fokus dalam membuat desain menggunakan CorelDraw. Maka saya pun membuatnya menggunakan Coreldraw.
      Saya membuatnya dengan beberapa tahap. Pertama, saya mencari gambar sebuah gapura. Gambar tersebut saya jadikan inspirasi untuk mendesain gapura. Setelah itu saya mulai memikirkan bentuk gapura yang akan saya desain secara 2 dimensi melalui gambar yang saya dapat dari internet. Setelah itu baru saya mulai mendesain gapura saya.

    Awalnya, saya mengalami banyak kesulitan dalam mendesain gapura tersebut. Kesulitan-kesulitan disebabkan oleh karena pengetahuan saya akan CorelDraw yang sudah agak memudar. Meskipun demikian dengan bantuan guru dan teman-teman saya, maka saya dapat mengerjakan tugas ini dengan cukup baik.
       Saya melakukan banyak kesalahan ketika merancang gapura ini. Salah satu kesalahan saya yang paling menyulitkan saya adalah mendesain menggunakan garis dan shape tools. Ini merupakan kesalahan yang fatal karena hal ini menyebabkan saya tidak dapat memberikan warna pada desain yang saya rancang. Setelah mendapat saran yang baik dari teman dan guru saya maka saya pun mengulangi desain saya dengan cara yang lain.
        Secara mengejutkan, ternyata mengulang desain tersebut tidak membutuhkan waktu lama. Cara yang seharusnya saya pakai adalah menggunakan box tools dan shape tools. Pertama-tama saya membuat beberapa kotak. Beberapa kotak tersebut kemudian diedit agar memiliki kelengkungan dan bentuk yang diinginkan. Sementara kotak-kotak lainnya dibiarkan saja. Untuk puncak gapura saya membuat sebuah kotak besar yang kemudian diedit sedemikian rupa.
          Sementara untuk bagian ujung dari pilar-pilar gapura tersebut saya pertama-tama mendesain kotak-kotak yang sangat kecil. Kemudian saya mengedit kotak-kotak tersebut dan mewarnainya sebelum akhirnya menggabungkannya. Setelah itu saya meng-copy  hasilnya beberap kali. Terakhir saya menggunakan miror tools untuk mengubah arahnya.
    Saya kira bagian lainnya dapat diketahui cara pembuatannya oleh pembaca. Bagian terakhir dari proses ini adalah meng- export desain tersebut menjadi file dengan format JPEG. Saya harap tulisan saya dapat berguna bagi pembacanya.

Introduction

           The main reason for me to make this blog is actually because one of the class I attend  require me to do so. Since the class I'm talking about is the computer class, I will probably publish a lot of computer project. However this doesn't mean that the blog will only consist of my computer project. It will also consist of things like History (which is my hobby) and other thing I'd like to share. I will write in two languages which is Bahasa Indonesia and English.
